中共黑龍江省大正投資集團有限責(zé)任公司黨委成立大會于2013年1月16日在集團公司召開。會議以無記名投票方式選舉王洪濤、王立君、徐國成、崔宇明、姜明玉、戴英杰、張瑞杰為集團公司第一屆黨委委員。集團公司第一屆黨委委員會第一次會議當(dāng)天召開，選舉王洪濤同志為黨委書記，王立君同志為黨委副書記（兼職紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作）。
